Artist's Comments

Hi All,

Sometimes I do my best thinking on my motorcycle to and from work. The ride is 35-40 minutes and mixed in with staying alive, I get lost in my own thoughts. Just the other day, I get a flash: why not give Aeon Flux a try.
Not a bad job, eh? She is the original badass sci-fi babe, and idealizes sex and violence. There just isn't enough fanart of her either. So there ya go.

Enjoy

Guns O_O

I don't think so. We just cut up our girlfriend with a chainsaw. Does that sound "fine"?
:iconhirotai:
I could see the aeon flux from the tiny preview on the fro0nt page.... i cant wait for the movie. :)

WOW. Very different from your lovely little plumb cats. WAY stylized on this. Great job with it too.
:iconthe-sax:
Hmm have not seen that show. But if there are scantily clad women with guns, I do believe I will look into it.

she looks very bony, is she like that in the show?
:iconpopgrafix:
Right on! Aeon Flux! She looks marvelous! You know I interviewed Peter Chung last November on an animation festival in Holland? I can send you the interview if you're interested (it was published in a Dutch magazine, but I still got the original English transscript...)

"I was born alive.
Isn't that punishment enough?"

wow

that's awesome dadward. i mean great stylization of the anatomy. you hyper empasize the boobs and um... hips. while playing around, exagerating other parts. the size of the waste is insanely awesome. (said that word twice already)

My favorite day of the week is Friday. Because it will always give me a special gift, and that is Saturday. :sleepy:
:iconkenderlein:
Almost that bony.
It's one of those shows that people either love or hate. It has very odd plot, and one of the trademarks is that she always dies at the end of each episode =)

Damn straight! Aeon Flux kicks so much ass, as she is doing so here. Nice job, man.

Nifty! the drawing of a human is a change from the usual but the quality of colour and drawing obviousley hasn't changed. Very cool

Choo-Wop!!! :eyepopping:

What the hell? I hadn't even HEARD of Aeon Flux a week ago, now I've run into stuff about it... four times. I think? It amuses me greatly how thin she is.
